(More customer reviews)finally received this item today october 20th.it took over a month and four attempts.there were some issues.seller was unwilling to help and referred me to manufacturer. it took a few minutes, but manufacturer was helpful, and so far things look good. still, i am upset that it took four attempts to send out the product in good condition as it was sent to shipping company damaged on three occasions.
