(More customer reviews)For the price, this unit is absolutely top of the line. I have never had a particle board furniture piece be as sturdy and good looking as this. Not only is the product sturdy, but techcraft's customer service is phenomenal.
When I had received the product initially, the top shelf had a dent in one of the corners. I contacted their customer service e-mail, and without hesitation, they sent me a replacement (a 40 pound piece!) by fedex for free. It was a mere 3 business days between when I submitted my service request, and the replacement was on my doorstep.
I will absolutely recommend this product and company to my friends, and plan to buy more from techcraft in the future.
