(More customer reviews)this mount is of good quality and very supportive as I would hope. The arm did just extend enough from the wall to fit my 19" CRT. I would suggest anyone to make sure their TV will fit between the end flange and the wall before ordering. It took me a little while (prob 30 mins) to put it all together but it was very easy and they provide an exploded view of the assembly so the directions are not long and step-by-step.
