(More customer reviews)I beg to differ with previous opinion: The amount of dust on the item can't influencethe quality of the product. Yes it was dusty but it was not big deal on cleaning and shining it up again.
This piece is a best match to my bedroom furniture, I keep my 17" flat panel TV(DVD combo) on it and the DVD movies inside, fits perfectly with the decor, I could/would not find any better addition to my bedroom furniture set.
Package arrived promptly, wery well packed, no damage whatsoever.

The POD Camera Platform (Bean Bag) - Red / Black , 5" Diameter, 2" Thick Review

(More customer reviews)The Pod had a nice write-up in PC World magazine but, once I tried it, I knew it was going to be practically useless.It had the potential to be somewhat useful, had they taken more time with design and materials.The bag is too narrow, stiff, and unstable.

Once you tilt your camera past a certain angle, and I'm talking maybe 15 to 20 degrees here, the camera's center of gravity hangs over the edge of the bag and the whole assembly tips over.I should also mention that I have a squat, lightweight, point-and-shoot camera.The problem would be much worse with a heavier or taller camera.

When you try to tilt the camera, the beans within the bag shift OK, but the rigid material that comprises the bag itself slowly moves the camera back to another, more upright position.You'll have to wait 10 or 20 seconds for it to settle, then check to make sure it hasn't pushed your frame too far off the mark.

They also chose some sort of filling that isn't stable.Just the pressure needed to push the shutter button is going to cause the beans to shift and the camera to move.You have to use a timer or remote control to make it work properly.

Another not-so-minor point, and I should have thought of this way before I clicked the purchase button, is that you always have to have some kind of stable, eye-level surface or ledge to sit this thing on -- that is unless you prefer your pictures from a bug's perspective.If you are photographing a group of people with "The Pod" resting on a low coffee table, I'm sure you'll get plenty of crisp images of nose hair.Even if there is a high surface around, make sure you don't angle the camera too much or it might topple.From that height, you better hope "The Pod" lands first, while Murphy places his bet with the camera.

So, this is a really useful product if you have plenty of eye-level tables around, you are very practiced with setting your remote timer, you don't mind waiting while the stiff material decides where to point your shots, and you want to tilt your camera no more than 20 degrees.

Stellar Series Video Table Review

(More customer reviews)I ordered it from another site for a little more than from Amazon.There are three versions: grey with clear glass, black with clear glass (which I ordered), and black gloss with black glass.It took me almost two hours to finish the assembly.After it is finished, it looks very nice.

But there is a problem.The omnimount company site has specifications on this G363, which state the heights of the spaces between the three glasses, excluding the metal structure, are 7.87" (20.00 cm) and 7.13" (18.10 cm).But these are measures without taking the thickness of the glasses into account.The effective heights you can use after installing the glasses are about half an inch shorter.Since the standard DVD case is 7.5" tall, I thought I could put them into the top shelf but they actually don't fit in.I have an amplifier that is 7" high, which I planned to put in the middle of the bottom shelf.But I had to replace the original feet of the amplifier by shorter ones to make it fit into the space.These were unexpected surprises.But overall this TV stand looks very nice and sturdy.

My stand came with the top glass scratched and the company shipped a replacement for free.So I have an extra glass now.

Glass Door Bookcase - Oak Review

The drilled holes and door hardware on the lower right-hand side of the right door did not match up leaving the door a bit out of square. The right door magnetic stop, as a result, did not come into contact with the matching magnet. The magnetic stop had to be moved higher on the door so it would contact the magnet. Also, the screws for the left door magnet would not tighen down, as a result of which, the left door is not firmly attached. I will never buy an unassembled piece of furniture again!
